I plan to make a server showing trailers for games and mods and the number 1 mod I want to implement to show this to people is BM. :freeman: The server is in GMod and will be used for fun but sometimes I will play videos for people to see.
Allow my Test.
Tell me what you think and if I should continue with this.

My opinion too.
I thought It could be cool and with the amount of slots I can handle over here I can show many people videos they wouldn’t normally see. However if it really sounds like a dumb idea then I don’t really want to continue with it.

When it boils down to it, really it’s a waste of money/time/effort. It’s not a terrible idea but it lacks usefulness. People don’t play Gmod to watch videos, they play Gmod to build stuff or be assholes.
On the other hand, if you could use that to play Gmod tutorial videos perhaps it would be much more useful. But alt+tab makes it kind of redundant. There’s also no guarantee that people will use or appreciate it at all.
As far as I know I am not spending any money. I built the lua’s myself. As for time and effort, maybe. However I have it done. I may just try it anyway to see if it works.
Right now my Gmod server has people in it (Around 15). I am gonna now give it a run. Be back with results.

EDIT: As for the server… Yep. Fucking pretty failed. I think I got 3 people who liked it. Well sounded like a cool idea in my head. Guess I now need to hang my head in shame… :meh:
Gmod is full of 11 and 12 year olds who had their parents buy the game. What’d you expect?
Not for me, all the websites are fucked up in it and youtube says “your browser will be phased out soon”

Indeed. Although I can’t help but think it could be more awesome, like being able to use keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste in it.
