Eureka Seven 9/10
FullMetal Alchemist(Both of them) 9/10
Code Geass 8/10
Bakuman (who gives a shit that it’s not an anime yet) 8/10
Naruto 2/10 (It may be a pile of shit, but I still read it every damn week)

POKEMON!!!111!!111ONE!111!!1!

Dont worry, JK. The only anime i’ve ever watch would have to be gundam wing

1: Pokemon
2: Cardcaptor Sakura
3: Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem

These are the only animes I ever watched and enjoyed.

The first few seasons of Pokemon used to be awesome haha. Fond memories of watching them a few years back.

Besides that, I guess the only other anime I used to watch as a kid was Saint-Seiya and used to love it as well.

I’m not a big fan of anime though, so I don’t think I have watched any in the last 6 years or so. I might download a few cited here to give it a go someday  .

1: Anything but anime 100/100

Oh wait…

None.

I don’t have a top 5 so I will just list some ones I liked.
My top favs are Monster and Legend of the Galactic Heroes, both of them triumph any other show I have seen anime or not.

Monster

Legend of the Galactic Heroes

Master Keaton

Maison Ikkoku

Kimagure Orange road

Berserk

GTO

Infinite Ryvius

king of the hill 10/10
goku 666

Code Geass 96/100 (same score as HL1 and HL2:freeman
Full Metal Panic! 94/100 (there should have been a 3rd season)
Negima? 93/100 (needs another season, serious parts were a little cheesy)
Elfen Lied 92/100 (needs a better voice-over for Kohta and less fan service)
Death Note 88/100 (clever and interesting, but unemotional)

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: 9.1/10
Berserk: 9/10
Code Geass: 8.5/10
FLCL: 8.4/10
Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei: 7.9/10

A few others worth mentioning: (That I haven’t seen in the thread yet)
Cowboy Bebop
Akira
Cromartie High
Read or Die

What are you talking about that is the one I’ve seen!

  1. Toshi’s Prophecy 100/100
  2. Sun of Stars 99/100
  3. Tiger Fang Reloaded 98/100
  4. ???
  5. Profit!

Hmm, tough. Well, of what anime (not counting any manga or light novels) I’ve seen:

  1. Trigun: Great anime, one of the few with a good English dub. Shame more and more anime seem to be afraid to use adults as main characters. - 99/100
  2. Azumanga Daioh : Was not expecting to like this, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of laughs. Made me actually miss high school :frowning: - 98/100
  3. Lucky Star : A spiritual successor to Azumanga Daioh, with a gamer/otaku as a lead. Had to watch it, and glad I did. I hear this sort of show is getting over done though. - 92/100
  4. FLCL - A thoroughly wacky show with a surprising amount of deep meaning. The symbolism may or may not be coincidental, but it’s the only work of fiction I’ve enjoyed analyzing - 88/100
  5. Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - it has flaws, but also an interesting premise and a main character I can relate to. The second season loses a lot of points for the infamous Endless Eight, but it also had a lot of shocking moments and left me wanting more. I’m eagerly awaiting a sub of the movie that just came out. - 80/100

Honorable mentions:
Full Metal Panic! - FMP!, Fumoffu, and The Second Raid, in order, are - awesome, hilarious, and super awesome.
Ranma 1/2 - Funny and ridiculous. And fanservice. Hooray!
Neon Genesis Evangelion - The first 19 episodes were incredibly awesome. The last 7 were incredibly insane. I know the reasons why it happened, but it was still painful nonetheless. Same thing with End of Evangelion. First half, amazing. Second half, W.T.F.
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Successfully mixes Evangelion’s robots with FLCL’s art style and humor.
Aim For the Top! aka Gunbuster - a formulaic show, but the time dilation really makes you feel wonky.
Voices of a Distant Star - a feature length anime movie made by a dude in his basement on his Mac. And it’s better than a lot of studio anime.
Excel Saga - pure insanity.

:rage: Please don’t remind me of that DAMN anime, i think it sucks b[/b] > :frowning:
