I don’t see them sending money to us if Europe got hit by a massive earthquake. Luckily we stand strong in our economic shoes so we can recover easily unlike all those poor and corrupt countries out there.

As a human race we are duty bound to help those in need.

But I remind everyone that right now, the United States is … well… for lack of a better word, Hated. Yes. Everyone thinks the U.S. is scum. No matter how much we give to other countries, we are slime. amirite? Personally, I am still very proud of my country and our people. Regardless of how broken or messed up we are. (starts to hum a patriotic song to herself)

That said, I am thinking there are many poor, starving and homeless within our own borders that need help as well. Personally, I think we should spend just as much time helping our own that we do helping other countries; of whom in the end will wind up biting our arses cuz we didnt do enough.

(Please PLEASE forgive my jaded thoughts. It is only that I have seen too much of this in history.)
