I just reloaded my save file after my security guard follower died in ‘On a rail’ and look at what happened.
The security guard is just a model and wont move.
Pls fix lol

It would be nice if you posted a picture of the console after loading that save but alright then. Try reloading an even earlier save.

If your save is old (from before Dec 22nd, specifically) then it’s broken due to an update. You’ll have to start a new game and select whatever chapter you were on in the chapter menu.

It seems to happen randomly after NPC’s are killed then you save and reload that safe or restart the game and load the save even if you have started a new game.
