I’m just wondering how many people in the community actually care about the multiplayer component of the game that may or my not be released at some time after the single player portion of the game.
Yes.
Not really, actually…
(I haven’t been so involved with its development anyway)
I’d try it out and maybe play for a couple oh hours. There is a chance I’d get hooked but it’s pretty slim.
Definitely.
Nope.
Yeah, sure, HL: DM was really fun itself so I’d think a BM version would be great too.
Yes
depents on how much ppl are acutaly going to play it. as i like big servrs whit a lot of players
i dont like mordern day shooter whit thier iron sight and such, thier realisem annoys me. i like the old day where you could run around and schoot
I would, just as long as it’s not a bore-fest with like 9 people online total.
I know that’s not likely, but games tend to die down after a few weeks in this case.
Does the pope shit in the woods?
Do bears wear funny hats?
Does Ram have a pretty nose?
I definitely wouldn’t.
I’d try it, but Half-Life’s all about the singleplayer
^This.
I’d give it a try. I played quite a bit of Counter Strike back in the day. But I haven’t gotten into a PC multiplayer FPS in a long time.
I play multiplayer games on PC, and I play FPSes on PC, and I play multiplayer FPSes, but all three at the same time?
Nevar again.
I refuse to play it unless it has COD style gameplay where everyone moves as fast as a snail.
I’ll be interested to see the perk and/or rank system the devs incorporate to bring HLDM up to todays standards.
Martyrdom or death.
probably not for more than 5 minutes, unless it does something really interesting (which it probably won’t). there’s enough source-based multiplayer shooters out there already. one of them being hl2 :s ource… which is pretty much what you’re asking for plus the gravity gun.
Probably not. I never liked the multiplayer in Half-Life. It’s the singleplayer that made the game it is today.
