It was definitely more fun as a side-scroller. My brother went into a huge “games these days” rant over the sonic 3D games, and that was just with the Adventure series!

Alone in the Dark 4 was one of the most horribly designed games when it came to movement and interfacing. I returned it after one night and got Gears of War instead…it was even worse than Alone in the Dark 4. When you shoot somehting in the head with a machinegun 5 times…it should die…be dead…have been dead since shot #1…
Besides that, Joint Task Force (it’s on Steam if you want to see it but for god’s sake don’t buy it) had a difficulty curve like the Great Wall of fucking China. And ragdoll physics with an RTS game makes for some odd happenings when tanks shoot infantry. And when a $50000 helicopter can get shot down in 2 shots by a $200 infantry unit it makes my skin crawl.

I would agree with the 3D sonic games. Superman on xbox 360 was shocking. As were the spidey games after the first one!
The worst game I EVER played was Half Life. That Game sucks. It has a Story. No one cares about story.Gordon Fagman Doesn’t talk,AND the game has puzzles and the graphics suck. There ain’t puzzles in real life. Gabe Newel left Microsoft because He could afford his lifetime supply of Baconators So he rage quit to make his own money and made a shitty FPS. Halo is sexier and has lasers.

Yea I would go on a Half Life mod site full of fans and piss them off. If I was serious, I would have to start sleeping with a gun under my pillow. Some bad games I played are : 007 quanam of Solace on wii. Kaizo Mario World, And Toribash on PC

I’d make you watch teletubbies with loud beeping noises on both sides of your ears, and then saw off your penis, and feed it to you by force, and then light the building on fire and let you burn. But you wouldn’t be dead then. No no no, I’d put it out before you die, then put salt on your wounds and pee on you.

Those games (except for CSS) weren’t neccesarily bad, they had mechanics that got repetitive over a while or made no sense, or some minor crap like the sound effects in EE2.
A bad game I’ve played could be considered Red Faction 2. The principle of shooting people worked out well, and the weapons were great, such as the Nano SMG’s and the Precision Rifle, but the whole plot of nanotechnology and a Commonwealth with a conspiracy and faux-Che Guevara resistance fighters sucked. Confusing level design, abysmal voice acting and dialog, and a confusing plethora of poorly designed multiplayer maps didn’t help with the addition of relatively outdated graphics, especially with gibs. Not to mention Shrike really needed to put a goddamn shirt on.
Well it’s just my opinion of course 
But i’ll give some arguments and the main reasons i hate these games:
CSS: terrible sound quality, damage is unrealistic (i can one-hit kill someone by shooting is his foot) and there is no SP campaign.
Alone in the Dark: This game was far the worst i’ve ever played, i throwed it away after 45 minutes of gameplay. graphics are awfull, no AA, you have to control your eyelids wtf? can we also control our kidneys in Alone in the Dark 2? 
image that, “pres I in inhale, press O to exhale” :jizz: and last but not least, the gameplay sucked imo. i was fighting a zombie who just didn’t die. i had to use furniture to kill it, and after dancing around with al the chairs in the building i finally killed it, only to suddenly stand up again after 10 minutes and kill me.
Empire Earth 2: a misformed and failed version of Empire Earth 1, which was a brilliant game. the gameplay sucked and the ai was terrible imo.
GRAW2: The setting was system to give orders to your squad and use your equipment was brilliant, only the setting of the game wasn’t. it was too quiet, too boring and far too stiff. it was like sitting in a classroom listening to a teacher talking bullshit al the time about some subject you don’t give a **** about.
Enemy Territory Quake Wars: Very simple actually, it was constantly the same, no variation or whatsoever, singleplayer was just instant action, no campain or whatsoever. the multiplayer wasn’t worth playing in either. there were no rewards for your work in multiplayer. you didn’t recieve medals, you didn’t unlock cool stuff. then why bother ranking up?
But those are just my opinions, maybe most other people love the games i just crapped on
No Sp campaign were the least of the problems.
