Worst game youve played. Superman 64 doesnt count

While I don’t quite agree that it warrants a WORST GAME YOU’VE PLAYED title, I do think that the Halo 2 campaign was clearly rushed in terms of its development, and that its quality suffered as a result.

There are some parts of the campaign and plot, especially toward the end, that are clearly unfinished or just flat out stupid.

It starts off great, and then it just gets worse, and worse, and worse… subtly, but then you compare the beginning and the end, and you see the huge difference in quality. Obviously Bungie ran out of time toward the end of the project, so they initiated crunch mode, scrapped half the game, and rushed it out the door to meet the ship deadline. They even admitted to doing exactly that in numerous interviews and other documented sources.

As for it being hard, yeah it’s probably the hardest Halo in the series, just for the sake of being mind-numbingly difficult (aka there’s no good reason for it to be that hard).

I still liked the game though. :3

U nuts? RE5 had something to do with the original stories/plot about 333333333333x more than RE4 did

Dotard beat me to it.

RE4 had Leon and “Oh hey, all the fan speculation was right, Ada isn’t dead!” and nothing else tying it to the original games. RE5’s story was a train wreck, yes, but your main complaint about it is much more applicable to RE4 than it is to RE5.

:o You must be on crack! I used to have that game when I was a little kid, and it left a remarkable, long-burning hatred deep in my soul.

Sonic Generations. It wasn’t really my type of game. And I was playing the annoying PC version that was just a port from console. It looked nice, but I didn’t like the gameplay.

Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad.
It had so much potential too…
Action mode killed it
Edit: i take that back,
Star wars: dark forces

Reminds me. I’ve never played the game but I’m sure you’ll understand if I put Star Wars Kinect on the list.

Super Mario bros 2. Back when I used to play nintendo games, it was the worst game I had ever played.

I understand your reason but It has a certain charm to it I know the Dev’s did their best cause it show’s they tried the best they can and it only had a couple weeks of dev time so yeah…
Fuck Spielberg!!!

Well Resident evil 4 wasn’t any better in the story department but it did what it could do. It was trying to rekindle what they could cause Raccoon city was destroyed the main focus of all the Resident evil games besides Code Veronica. Resident evil 4 tried starting a story and it was kinda good RE5 story was trying so hard to recreate Resident evil 1 while trying to be original it was cluttered with cliches not saying the other games weren’t but it was 1000% worse. I am honestly not looking forward to Resident evil 6 I want something original.

Look i’m not saying Dayz is the worst game I’ve ever played but it has some of the worst bugs I’ve ever experienced (I once died by falling from 5 feet up only to lose my AS50 and NVG’s). So for the absolute worst game I’ve ever played History’s Battle for the Pacific. It was trying to clone COD and was terribly buggy, laggy and the multiplayer sucked ass.

Star Trek: Starship Creator.

More of a poorly-assembled database than an actual game. Actually had less atmosphere than the other laughable excuse for a game I know, Microsoft Encarta MindMaze.

I actually enjoyed it, but that’s probably because I played the Xbox 360 version. The only issue is that the challenges are WAY too difficult than they should be (Difficultception for me?) and it’s a bit too short being around 7-8 hours and then Colors was around 15 hours for me.

If you guys are fine with F2P games, BulletRun and Fallen Earth. BulletRun was a complete rip-off, it was basically another way for Sony to get money. Same idea as Monday Night Combat (game show) and gameplay EXACTLY, not kidding, EXACTLY NO DIFFERENCE from Call of Duty, and making fun of a lot of famous games. They made fun, OF FCKING MASS EFFECT. MEDI-GEL? MEDI-GEL?! You know what? I did a google search on Medi-Gel. THE ONLY THING THAT CAME UP WAS MASS EFFECT. WHAT THE FCK DO YOU NEED TO SAY TO YOURSELVES SONY? WHAT DO YOU SAY FOR YOURSELF? [angry rant goes on and on]
For Fallen Earth, it was fun for the first 10 minutes in the tutorial, but then when you got to the main game… What? I had no idea what to do, and the crazy lag was a little too much. Survival like Minecraft, but then something else… That something else I had no idea what it was. I just uninstalled it after the tutorial.

How people make most games here in Russia: they film a crappy movie, then they make a game that’s even more shitty and has all the gameplay mechanics ripped off from more successful games, and then they (i think) on purpose fill it with bugs, and then they sell it, get their monehs and everyone forgets about it after watching the movie and playing it once. So you can take any of these and it would be pure crap. And no, GSC is based in Ukraine. Well, most of the team is russian, but that’s a rare occasion.

Take this shit for example (no, they don’t make gameplay videos without commentary). It was made in 2007 and wasn’t movie-licensed, but FUCK.

That’s for teh PC. The worst game on the NES (rather on a chinese famicom clone which i had as a kid) would be that Street Fighter bootleg. Yeah, the graphics are a bit nice for teh NES, but the controls are delayed beyond belief and all that fucking flickering everywhere and offbeat music and AI that just spews hadoukens at the speed of a Vulcan cannon.

On Sega Genesis it would be Duke Nukem 3D. They sold it here. (Pseudo)3D games are rare on that console, especially FPS games, but the graphics are just pure crap, tho the engine itself is quite impressive. Look at Zero Tolerance, for example. Nice and colorful and smooth. That even had 45deg angled walls. Also, that DN had relentless difficulty and shitty music and sound.

Playstation. Someone mentioned Overblood, but i kinda liked that game. It was clunky, but worked for me. I also didn’t play Bubsy 3d, so can’t say anything about that. The worst game i played on PSX must be Batman and Robin. Fuck that game.
Hell, this post is huge.[/SIZE]

People might complain about this one…

Star Wars Battlefront.

I was SUPER pumped for it because I was a HUGE Battlefield 1942 player and fan of Star Wars, and I heard it was pretty much a combo of the two. I was Majorly disappointed when I played and realized the maps were small as your largest CoD map… Practically no airspace to fly in and overall was dull and flat.

I didn’t bother with the 2nd. Maybe if they make a 3rd, I’ll look into it.

Batman Forever

That game sucked balls.

Almost forgot Action 52

You joking? Everybody I know absolutely LOVED Battlefront 2. It was an amazing game, and the modding made it so much better.

That looks incredible.
