I just watched to first 40 minutes and all I can say is: Our team consists of fucktards.
Wow who woudl’ve expected that?

WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN
Wow Felipe Melo is an asshole hahaha .
Dude goes from making the pass to Brazil’s goal to scoring an own goal and then getting redcarded for a retarded move.
Gotta say though, Sneijder and Robben really make it for Holland’s team. They were playing like crap and these two single-handedly turned the game to their favor. Awesome play by both of them .
HOLLAND!!!
Faul play from Brazilia trying to kick Arjen Robben in the heels every chance you get because you know hes dangerous! Lost all my respect for you!
And… Brazil is out. And just because of their own stupidity. They played their best football in the World Cup during the first half and the first ten minutes of the second, but as soon as the Netherlands scored their first goal, they forgot everything they had done and started playing awfully. And then Felipe Melo did that stupid foul…
^ Very true
It seems that the biggest problem with Brazil is when the other teams makes a ‘dangerous’ goal. Just one goal. Brazil could still have won if it continued playing like it was, but then the players turned their heads down, lost all confidence and let Holland score the second goal.
Holland had a terrible defense and a shameful attack the whole game. And Brazil was playing well. In the first half
On the other hand Brazil was playing dirty.
I personally didn’t think Robben played that well to be honest. He had a lot of big chances but ruined it by either no shooting at the goal or thinking he could do something himself while he should have passed to another player. Sneijder played well though.
My personal favourites of the Dutch team in this match are Stekelenburg and Kuyt. Stekelenburg saved us from the damnation of a second goal by Brazil two times, and Kuyt was everywhere and showed he really had skill at times. Too bad he’s a bit slow, so he couldn’t score that 3rd goal.
The worst on the Dutch team was Van Persie. He ruined a lot of plays with bad actions. He played better than in previous games though. I would have liked to see him replaced by Afellay instead of Huntelaar, to bring more speed into the Dutch game.
What won the game for us on the end was the luck of the first goal we had, and the Brazilians’ inability to cope with it well. Before that goal we were getting our asses kicked!
Robben was mostly crap during the whole match. The best players were Kuyt and Sneijder, no doubt.
Fun fact: The Netherlands have won or tied the last 23 matches.
throws vuvuzela in the trash
Well, 2014’s World Cup will be here :freeman:
In the meanwhile…
Ghana! Ghana!
remembers Larissa Riquelme
Paraguay! Paraguay! Paraguay!
Holland has superb midfielders like van Bommel and great players like Ooijer who have shown once again that they are great.
Robben didn’t get as much chances as he wanted, but this is obvious as Brazil knows hes supposed to make the goals so they always take him on hard (like the kick that was followed by a red card)
Excellent referee by the way, fuckin’ Japanese know their shit well.
Van Bommel? didn’t see much from him in this match but saw a lot of mistakes of him against Slovakia.
nah, he made some great decisions but some really lousy ones. for example, nearing the end, lucio was fouled and that foul deserved at least a yellow card.
I think the judge was ok for someone without experience. Much better than other much more “experienced” judges.
Robben didn’t stand out making plays or shooting, but every single time he touched the ball he dislocated a couple of Brazil’s players to his side, leaving several of his teammates uncovered.
That paired with his speed sprinting through the left side really tore Brazil’s left apart… reason why Michel Bastos got yellowcarded and was on the verge of getting the red one if he didn’t get replaced (which also took it’s toll on our team, since Gilberto is subpar).
Nothing beats Felipe Melo in this match though… leaving Brazil with 10 players by making such a moronic move, and right after scoring an own goal… that’s just shameless tbh. Once again he stands out through his dirty, violent style of playing which nearly got him redcarded in both previous matches he played.
Really a shame that Ramires got suspended for getting his second yellow card in the match vs Chile. He’d be much better than Melo in his position .
Yea it was retarted that he kicked Robben again after he fell - that’s just not the way Brazilia is known to play as.
But that’s because Brazil tried to stop him with several players, not because he was or wasn’t in good shape today.
Holland, Holland, Holland!!
I’ve got to say, after the first half, I was wondering or The Netherlands still had a chance , after the first goal (Which wasn’t completely an own goal, because otherwise it could still be scored) I began to trust the team again.
After the 2th goal for the Netherlands, all I could do is hope Brazil wouldn’t make a come-back.
Great, the dutch won’t be shutting up for the next 4 years
Oh. My. God.
What did just happen?
