Will Xen chapter be optimized?

I really wait for this part, but I scared that it will be not optimized. In comparison with free mod early access is very laggy and buggy(lol).

Yes, the last chapters of the game will be optimized. It’s up to you to adjust in game settings for acceptable playback on your hardware.

I have very uneven framrate. I just stand and looking at wall and fps moves from 30-60 in 1 second. Is there fix for this or i can disable some not important options.

Here are some things you can change to improve performance on your laptop.

  • Make sure your game is not defaulting to the integrated video card.
  • In the Black Mesa options turn off dynamic muzzle flashes and god rays.
  • Decrease the resolution.
  • Turn off Anti-Aliasing, MSAA etc…
  • Try low or medium settings.
  • Turn off or turn down CSM.

You’re late, I comlited the game a few hours ago. It doesn’t help so much. Yes, I have all 60 fps on low - medium settings, but I decided to endure 30-60 fps. If multiplayer will be ok, I will use there these things.
And godrays are really scum. Yellow dots in the air eat 10 fps…
