Yes, it just takes a while. You can also kill a barnacle with it, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

and actually is also a good form to let your mates (in this case alyx or vort in ep2 and ep1) shoot it and don’t make you waste ammo while it’s thrown backwards

Of course. Like any game on source, it will probably run just about any map with the .bsp extension.

Though, you must be some kind of a stupid person, if you want to play retail maps, join a server that plays them/runs with sv_pure 1. How hard is that!

I can go into HL2DM right now and join a server running with zero modification whatsoever, except I wouldn’t do that because I don’t hate custom maps or the Quake 3 announcer for some mysterious reason.

And it isn’t the quake 3 announcer. The idiot who made Mani_Admin_scripts named it quake sounds when really only 2 or so files are quake ones and the rest are Unreal Tournament. It pisses me off that he’s tricked so many people because I’ve played UT since I was six. Started with Unreal Tournament 1.
