Wheatley High-Poly Model

hm, your ApSc dog looks more like a white and silver painted HL2 dog.
should be more symmetrical built, since he isn’t built out of scrap.

The only parts that aren’t symmetrical are the arms; because I wanted one to function primarily as a Portal-Gun and the other as a normal ‘hand’. :wink:

Sort of like this:

Thanks,

Harry.

that my friend is badass! I can’t wait to see renders of the model

Any change you’d make High-polys of the original DOG?

Possibly; it depends how much time I have over the next few weeks. :slight_smile:

I’m calling the concept finished; I’ll fix some stuff up when it comes to the model. Here’s the final image:

Thanks,

the normal arm looks much weaker to the portal arm.

I think it’s missing something like the flaps around the original DOG’s head, that gave him more expressiveness. This one seems too… sterile.

lots of stuff in Aperture Science is sterile.

:frowning: :meh::fffuuu:

^ Yup, register yourself in imageshack and it will help, which I did.

Here’s a couple of ‘Chell’ concepts I made for a Portal mod I’m helping out:

Portal 1 Style

Portal 2 Style

I used the exact style from the games as a base but I’m going to be customising them for the mod. :wink:

that bitch needs more tits and hips.

Ah, the smell of progress: :stuck_out_tongue:

GLaDOS Update

The angle / render really doesn’t do it justice yet. There’s still a lot to do. :fffuuu:

Another quick update: :wink:

O hai GLaDOS.

There’s a few errors and stuff but hey, it’s W.I.P! :smiley:

Starting to get some of the detailing done;

(The angle makes the body look much bigger than it is) :wink:

Very nice curvature, I hate to do that stuff in 3ds Max. :fffuuu:

You may recognise this piece… :wink:

Alright. NOW it’s starting to look like GLaDOS.
