Spore.
Empire Earth?. How About Mafia 2 and Ton Evolution?
Anything on the Kinect.
^
this
Mafia 2. A lot.
i played Clive Barker’s Undying and LOVED it.
fast forward several years later
What’s this? Jericho? Clive Barker? Could be fun!
it wasn’t.
-Kawai Tei-
I would say Modern Warfare 2, Team Fortress 2 and L4D.
Shows how bad that game is?.. nothing in that video was about the game at all… it was all modded… if you actually think that’s what the games is like… its time to go back to elementary school…
How about you play and beat it, and THEN tell us what you think about it.
I hate all games …ALL OF THEM
especially mods. Who the fuck wants a mod for a game?
Minecraft.
It is so bad, all you do is dig blocks and make a hole and dig blocks and die. I don’t get it at all.
Call of Duty is the best game ever, I get headshots then brag about them to strangers on the bus.
:retard:
Dead Rising 2. I dont know i never got the game play, just bored me.
and i agree… spore was a bore
I’m still waiting on that 5 page essay on Deus Ex, OP.
I love Clive Barker and everything he’s ever written, including Jericho. His ‘Mister B. Gone’ is one of my favorite novels ever! :retard:
Personally…Path of Neo. That was a terrible excuse for a matrix-based game. They should have stuck with the plan of a game based on Seraph, NOT Neo.
Agreed.
Don’t mean to go along with the norm, but I really don’t like call of duty games. From personal experience, I’ve noticed the majority COD fans are just band-wagoners that have never played any other FPS besides COD and maybe Halo and swear it’s the best thing since sliced bread. It’s disturbing.
Red Dead Redemption
Left for Dead 1&2
Halo
Call of Duty
World Of Warcraft
Wait a second… How the fuck can you not like Deus Ex?
I mean I hated it when I started on the first level, but when I hit Newyork and China town the game felt like home. I guess it’s because when I played it back in the 90’s it was good. Not so much now.
Not to mention Human Revolution was just delayed… again. Gonna be great though.
April/May is gonna be a busy month, I gotta beat
Portal 2
Deus Ex HR
L.A. Noire
And maybe… Black Mesa… <:
Fuck you, Read Dead Redemption was the second best game of 2010.
Deus Ex is pretty boring in my opinion
Let’s see…what else…yeah, GTA, from 3 to 4
Baldurs gate, and any of those Dungeon and dragon type of games, BORING
And there are more, but I don’t remember them right now
any post COD 2 COD.
If any game fits the “98% unplayable bad with no fucking redeeming values sans some small moments that are only cool once in the campaign” bill, it’s those. All other titles I see listed on this thread are pretty much average praised as godly. They’re missing the absolute shit praised as godly.
As for games that are just overrated and not too good (but not absolute shit) and are praised as godly… There’s the post insomniac Spyro games, but the only people who like those are weaboos and closet furries so I wouldn’t count em as popular. The only mildly fun thing about it was the fact that it played like God of war… But I could have just played god of war. Quake wars too.
Games that are “meh” and praised as godly… Killzone 2. Doom 3. Crysis.
Games that are good but are praised as godly… pretty much every game that’s praised as godly out there. Halo. Gears. The half lifes (sure they’re good, and sure they put emphasis on things, in eras where they weren’t normally seen, but come on. Their cutsceneless silent protagonist format is no way to tell a proper story. Sure an early 2000’s simple future fantasy shooter, but nothing too heavy hitting…in fact HL2 never really lived up to it’s hype for me until the episodes came out, and by then the moment was gone).
But to be honest, I’ve never met an FPS that’s made me piss myself. I kinda jade myself. I don’t know how or why but nothing can really impress me anymore. I don’t know if it’s me or the industry.
Ah, shit. I did forget about spore. I wouldn’t really call it overrated, as the only people who were content with it didn’t see what it could have been.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
