What tides you over?

hey, I’m just curious.

I’ve been waiting for BMS for a long time (like many others). But I’ve been playing other video games to tide me over while I wait like…

Plants Vs. Zombies, Metal Slug, any Metal Gear Solid, Prototype and uncharted.

Basically, I’m wondering what is/is going to tide you over until the release?

I’m waiting for Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 in the mail. :expressionless:

Every day I cut a paper thin slice off of my arm and eat it.

:hmph:

God, strangelove. You creep the hell out of me.

ontopic: TF2 never gets old.

Every new game that has been made during Black Mesa’s production period.

First I played HL1 and the addons.
Since the HL2-update I’ve been playing that, shortly thereafter the episodes.
Also beam breakers.

Postapokalyptic games, mostly.

Reading the Unknown Worlds forums (they announced a 2009 release date and started selling pre-orders, only to delay the game indefinitely Dec 31 or something like that).

enough said.

The ocean. The ocean tides me over

Masturbation.

straight to the point…

Er… real life?

I’d try masturbation like that other guy… or at least dutch rutters.

(it’s not gay, because you don’t touch that other guy’s wang)

Also, you can say no homo while doing it.

Pretty much Steam and the Internet.

Work.

You should try it sometimes. You earn moneys, time flies by, you meet interesting people and you make new friends.

Lol effort

Well, make sure you get a job related to something you like. Graphic design and illustration for me, so 90% of my workweek consists of doing something I like.

Or get fired, be poor and probably lose your apartment.

^I would like this

EDIT: @ Bolteh

That’s why I spent 12 years of my life studying arts, graphic design and digital design. It was worth it.

My biggest worry in life is to end up like my dad or brother. Just finished high school and went straight to the factory, working 4 shifts. Granted, they earn 40% more than me, but their job is a drag and they don’t like doing it.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
