What part are you anxious to see in BM?

Oohh… THANK YOU! I am going to use that one… most likely at work.

On topic: I’m most looking forward to Unforseen Consequences and onward… can’t help but love the idea that someone’s day can go so badly wrong… and still lead to successful sequels! :freeman:

No! Double-negatives are paradoxical regardless of meaning! Skaevola’s head asplode!! :mean:

I just want to play this mod. And I am looking forward to all of it. The Xen parts not so much as the Black Mesa parts, because I always hated Xen.

The audio direction. Particularly in Residue Processing, where Military Precision played over the top of the revealing of the pistons sliding in and out of the barrels, I hope the soundtrack has a Military Precision style song for that part.
Also, when you first enter Xen and the Valve theme extended played, made it seem like another world from where the player was entirely. I feel sorry for deaf players who do not get this experiance

that’s because I haven’t been that active here. I just follow the forum activities and sometimes post a little here and there. It’s just that from the beginning on, I have been overwhelmed by the scope of this project, which kinda made me stay here  I’m not sure, but have been here since 2006 either, and my name was and probably will always be “Langenscheiss” (with little variety, e.g. “Langenschaiss” because in some forums “scheiss” is not allowed  )

but to come back to topic, I’m also very excited to see the tram ride, with catzeyes’ voice acting  (oh and g-man voice acting is also going to be huge, judging from the trailer)

Put your avatar pic back and people might remember you better:

Surface Tension, out of the pipe. I mean, it’s in the trailer, but I cant wait to look down and feel my uterus fall out.

I’m afraid of heights. Even in video games. Which means it will be super double awesome.

Also, I cant wait to see the gibs, and the zombies in action, and random GOOOOOOORE.

EDIT: And the sounds the tentacles make against the metal. One of the one’s in the ~create your own sounds and shit~ thread makes me cringe and my heart jump every time I hear it, it’s so scurry.

Ooooooohhhhhh yeeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhh…
Who could forget a face like that?

Nah, I like it like this. I can seize it by the tubes and beat people with it.

I’m anxious to see everything, but really want to see Surface Tension (Including rocket launch) and Apprehension (Really because in my eyes, Apprehension has to be tougest chapter to redesign)

The soundtrack should be as epic as HL’s, and influence the same mood. If it fits those, Then I look forward to the whole damn mod!

Black Mesa will be known as the best free source game ever. Even though it’s a mod.

They should make you an admin. I’m pretty sure it’d be funny actually.

Self-righteous asses should refrain from using names like PiR8 Rob. My name, for instance, is a rare Latin flower the name of which I purposely misspelled to make an ironic point. It is also synonimous with “left-handed”, which I use because I am left-handed. See, us pricks are smart.

I’d like to see PiR8 Rob as a moderator, see how long he lasts before he’s forced to become as cynical and cruel as the rest of us

At this point I’m starting to fear the actual release of BM might trigger an actual resonance cascade. So I take Raminator’s words as reassurance, frankly.

I was concerned already about what Nostradamus had to say about Duke Nukem Forever (“The third arrival of the blond man, who lacketh in bubble-gumme, will bring that day Conflict and pestilence across the world”) But fortunately we’ve been spared that one.

I’m excited to see Manta Ray Poop Chutes. seriously, it’s an intriguing concept.

…until bolts of yellow lighting shoot out of it and fry you.

win.

Seen this youtube vid recently.

Reminded me muchly of “Surface Tension” so I’m anxious to see that one.

Of course few well known areas. But if one thing, Alien grunts. I really want to see how the team made them look, fight in new engine.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
