I got the original FEAR + expansions on Steam for 10 bucks. After all these years this game is still creepy as hell, but still doesn’t hold a candle to the shear scariness of the first AvP fps.

It was scary at some parts, and yes, those parts were scripted, but they were still very good. But overall, the creepiness factor of this game still works quite well.
