What Game Did You Play Today?

Ocarina of Time, with a nifty cel-shaded mod.

Holy shit! It actually looks good!

Amazing how much of a difference a few textures can make.

Gmod 10

I just re-installed it when I saw that picture.

Modern warfare 2

Leaked version?

You suck and deserve to die.

I know I’m against piracy but IW started a trend that is an absolute butt-rape to gamers everywhere, I say they deserve to have their game pirated more than usual. Also there are groups of people now dedicated to making a hacked version that supports dedicated servers.

bla bla bla … my steam account is full of games! and i dont know how much you have to pay for a game in the us but certainly not 70 euro’s …
you buy every song on cd and itunes right? and your sig is made with a free program like paint? or did you bought Photoshop?

Pirating MW2 is acceptable only because of who made it.

Awesome, but I never tried it. I used the realistic textures instead:

.

Looks like Counter-Strike. Same sort of feel in it.

Okay, Mass Effect is only $10 now, but I’m worried about the system specs for Mass Effect 2, and if EA pulls a massive dick move and won’t make Mass Effect 3 for the PC.

But damn it, the game looks SOOO much better on PC! And it includes the DLC!

Edit: Okay. Fuck it. I bought it. I figured since Mass Effect 2 uses the Unreal Engine 3 I should be able to play it (UTIII plays great on my PC,) and I’m sure Bioware would fight to the end if EA even THINKS about fucking with their PC gaming fanbase.

It would be great if I could transfer saves from my 360 to my PC (and vice versa), but I know that isn’t going to happen unless EA and Microsoft turn out to be awesome. That’s a possibility with EA, but there’s no chance in hell Microsoft will ever be awesome.

But now I’m just rambling. Anyway, Metal Gear Solid 2, the Left 4 Dead 2 demo, and soon, Mass Effect PC!

Everyone feeling butt-hurt at IW is amusing.

I know I’ll enjoy everymoment of MW2 on my 360, where the decision for DS never really mattered.

I’m catching up on TF2. Before a few days ago, I hadn’t played it in probably over a month. That’s college for you.

L4D2 demo. Awsome.
Except for that one guy who waited until everyone else was down, then shot us to death with his shotgun. But we got the last laugh, we shot him down when he started attacking us again, and he ragequitted. Playing with random people is fun

More Celda: Ocarina of Time and the L4D2 Demo.

It is pretty nice, with all the menus and icons also remade. It’s just such a shame that most of the 2D backgrounds (such as Links’ treehouse) haven’t been done, but complaining about it would make me a dick.

BOOOOORRRRRRIIIIING!!!

Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising

I’m not used to highly tactical games so it was a steep learning curve for me. It was tedious to constantly have to command the bots around (you get 4 of them with you on missions), and the movement felt sluggish. When I move the mouse around the view kinda lags behind a bit. Which means it’s hard to jump around and kill people rambo style.

I guess it’s fun once you get the hang of it though. But I’m more looking forward to Battlefield Bad Company 2.

Sure, but then why does IW even continue making PC games? Would be much better if they just dropped the PC as platform entirely instead of this half-ass attempt. COD4 was fun, but I will not miss any of it. Overrated games. I haven’t played COD4 or WAW in many months. I will stick to Team Fortress 2, left 4 dead games and Battlefield 2.

Today I’ve played some League of Legends and CoD4 multiplayer.

Now I’m installing Dragon Age Origins since my friend recommended it. I might be playing that for awhile if I like it as much as he does.

I plan to play HL1 later tonight
