I didn’t expect it to. I’m just shocked that it made the wing suit nearly useless, unless you want to just use it to stay in the air. The wing suit was the only good addition to the game IMO. Everything else was either shit, or a case of “I can see why they did that.”
On topic: I’ve been playing Assassin’s Creed II through again, and I’ve been playing Phantasy Star Portable 2. The achievement for playing 10 hours gives you a toilet. What the fuck.
Been playing Deus Ex all day.
Doesn’t it make it more useful if it has jets? Or can’t you control the jets?

Well, bought Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory and Double Agent, and Chaos Theory is close to being done installing, so I’ll be playing that.
I’ve been playing Bioshock 2. Way better than the first one in pretty much every aspect except for the story.
Oh, also Amnesia and Minecraft.
The jet boots just give you lift, and you can move towards a direction while boosting with them. If you feather the jets, you can easily gain 50 feet or more in one go, dive and climb once with the wing suit to get back to the same height, and feather the jet boots again.
If you practice with the wing suit, you can gain maybe 5 feet each time you dive and climb, to put things in perspective. And I think the wing suit is slightly faster, but you can’t hover and fire your weapons with it. That’s the only advantage the wing suit has over the jet boots.

Got raped by a group of 5 bloodsuckers in Call of Pripyat. Though I did loot a bandit after he was killed by Stalkers and he had a sniper rifle (which I sold) and some kind of assault rifle with a built in scope. Need to find an artifact that lowers radiation so I can use my Goldfish one without killing myself. Artifacts are a lot harder to find than in SoC.
Some more RF:G. Blew up some building. Slapped some EDF with a sledgehammer. Good fun.
Playing through the SP of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 after my brother gave me a copy that he got for free! (he bought a copy from a game store, got home and opened the case to find 2 discs + 2 manuals = score!)
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
Really good game, much better than PO. The controls work surprisingly well. I realize that a lot of people on here are critical of aiming with an analog stick well, try aiming with the face buttons. The Fulton Recovery System also gives me a laugh whenever I use it.
I replayed Mirrors Edge yesterday. Reminded of all the reasons why I both love and hate the game. Here’s to hoping the sequel is longer and the disarms easier. (Particularly the guys using the G36, it’s just about impossible to disarm them without Reaction Time enabled)
As for today, made some progress on Jedi Knight II- Jedi Outcast.
Halo: Reach, Pokemon Sapphire, DoDS and TF2.
Tonight it shall be L4D. Been hankering for some zombie shootin’ action all day.
