Started a game in CivV as the Iroquois on my new computer. I have gunpowder and it’s the 17th century which is a lot better than I was doing in my other game.

Played the final Version of Dead Before Dawn ( User-made campaign for Left 4 Dead) its got a few problems in terms of level design and coding but its a pretty kick-ass campaign.

I played minesweeper and pinball 2 minutes ago

replayed bioshock because of the vita saw in tf2. gonna do it with just plasmids and a wrench, except for big daddies and the end of course.

Melee and plasmids are the way to go. Chameleon all up in this bitch.

tty good.

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth

Great atmosphere and very good “First person”-feeling.
Gotten the shotgun and pistol, feeling a little bit safer now.

Just wait till you get to those game-breaking bugs

Haven’t encountered any bugs yet, but that shoggy would have made me forget them anyway. :fffuuu::fffuuu::’(:’(:zip::zip:

I never came to any game-breaking bugs in DCotE.

I played Freespace 2. And maybe some TF2.

trying out the MoH beta. seems like BC2 without destruction and modern warfare 2 with decent sounding guns. seems good enough, but I wont be buying it.

also Minecraft while it was downloading.

Finished the bottom room of my house as well as the ceiling/second floor. I just need to build the walls around the second floor with windows, torches, and a sunroof and it should be finished. Then I have to find reeds to make books to make bookshelves :retard: .

I might try the MoH beta since I finally have a computer capable of playing it.

Don’t waste your time from what I hear.

I really just want to see it actually playing on my computer :awesome: .

Played some more Postal 2, played a little minecraft (meh)

I don’t know much about this, I usually play is a sudden attack “,”

Well I played Assassin creed game again. And also I played some flash game from online with my college friends.

Tried to run the Medal of Honor beta. It wouldn’t run, kept crashing. Their updated Frostbite engine has ridiculously high system requirements. I have a dual core 9700M GTS, since I need a “college” computer that allows me to run high spec games, run Hammer with complete stability, run Maya, Adobe Premiere, etc. So it’s pretty evil that the beta requires four cores.

Then again, Crysis is also similarly sadistic at destroying my computer, and I manage to run that. Barely.

The system defaulted everything to high which manages around 24fps in most situations, but keeps dipping. Knocking the whole game down to medium gives it a flat 30 in almost every circumstance no matter how busy the scene (sadly, at 1024x768 and no AA), and pushing 60fps in the chapter “Contact.” Honestly though, the engine is pretty much designed to make consumers feel their computer is worthless. But I run L4D on highest spec, so HA. (pretty sure L4D2 is around the same)

I’ll probably be messing around with options to tweak it farther since I’m never happy with how my computer runs that damn game. It was nice to learn about a cvar that turns on enemies speaking Korean on any difficulty, it does wonders for the immersion level.
