Im amazed… it goes beyond making up for the original, it totally redeems it.
Played HL2… I’m at Entanglement now(first playthrough)
Map’s far too big though, and I miss taking over areas.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and there aren’t really any safe houses. And you have to pay for drops. And the drop system is annoying as balls.
Starting my morning off with some StarCraft 2 MP and Planescape: Torment later on 
I love that game, the controls are so bad yet so fun!
I personally love the map size, its not only big its extremely diverse. Other than that, yeah. No safehouses sucks. The interruption of missions if you die is stupid too.
what really gets me mad is that the only way to get ammo is by picking it up off dead guys. Sure, most shooters do that, but if you have a market system you should have the ability to purchase ammo.
You can just buy the weapon you want ammo for, but I see what you mean.
I agree that the map is very diverse, but in the end it’s so huge that everything sort of blends together. If it was the same size as the first one but with that diversity locations would feel more unique, in my opinion.
Also, I miss that territory system.
Tried playing Black Ops, but it keeps crashing partway through the mission where you’re in the Blackbird for part of it, always crashes at the same spot, grr!
Then played some Darksiders until I couldn’t get any further due to rubbish controls,
then completed Force Unleashed 2, then Assassin’s Creed 2, killed Emilio in Venice.
And now I’m installing Dragon Age Ultimate Edition
Eh? I found the controls to be pretty good.
Played lots of Reach and the demos for Meatboy (pretty cool but so damn hard), Arcania (utter shite) and Crackdown 2 (eh, okay).
Played Uncharted 2 for 5 hours. Need something to play while I wait for my replacement PSU to get here. I love it, as good if not better than the original.
Bioshock.
Pretty good game, but there’s this whole “Why am I doing this?” factor kinda of ruining it.
TF2, HL2, Ep1, Ep2, BF: Vietnam, BF: 1942, Original Game of the Year Edition CoD, Unreal Gold, FEAR, FEAR 2, and Condemed (not sure which one yet, and the only time I will touch my 360)

Been playing Uncharted 2 since my PSU died. I hate blue yeti people :fffuuu: .
I plan on beating that game on Crushing one of these days.

I completely agree with you dude. I also found the lack of enemy variation spoiled it a bit too. I mean, this is a city full of people with crazy super powers that have melted their bodies, you’d think they could come up with some more interesting stuff.
I also found the gameplay, story, art direction, and AI to be awful. Because it is an overal SHIT GAME! RAGE!!!
Woah, wait. Bioshock is hardly shit. I mean, lesser in some ways when compared to System Shock 2, but the gameplay, story and art are all, frankly, excellent. I mean, sure, its copied basically exactly from SS2, and the upgrading is fairly generic and the resurrection chambers are a complete cop-out, but otherwise its actually really, really good.
