Meh game is meh. Although I found coop with 16 players to be a lot of fun. And the customisation is pretty cool but…
MY GOD bugs are so annoying. So many bugs in this game is ridiculous. The sound bug is particularly infuriating (as well as being common), a particular gunshot sound loops OVER AND OVER AND OVER untill your ears bleed.
Which is just not cool. Tom Clancy get your shit together!

I dusted off some old PS1 games yesterday and found out that Gran Turismo 2 and the old NFS titles are still fun as hell. I also found some old magazine of gameinformer saying that VALVe was on track to release HL1 on the PS1, if I read it correctly. Anyone have any insight on this why they delayed it and put it on the PS2 instead?

My god, what a game! It is easily one of the best games I’ve ever played
I actually never played that game any further than that. I’m an avid Zelda fan and I’ve played and finished a lot of Zelda’s, some more than once. But I just couldn’t stand that temple.
You should’ve gone through with it. It’s a very bad part of the game, but the Sand Temple, in my opinion is the best one in the game by far.

Cave Story. It’s a 50MB, very popular 8-bit indie game someone made. It’s sort of a platforming adventure shooter, like Metroid. It also has some weird humor.
I just ran into what was probably the first boss…

I got that. I run around with my pistol out (because it seems faster, even if it isn’t 
) and if you hit the elevator switch with your weapons out, it’ll do that sometimes.

If it’s your first playthrough you may be interested some advice regarding weapons/items(spoiler):
[color=black]If you don’t trade your pistol for a machine gun you can later upgrade it to a laser gun in the room you stole it from. Also, if you don’t talk to professor in the sewers you later get Booster 2.0 instead of 0.8.
