What Game Did You Play Today?

:3

I am having fun, but I need a challenge, otherwise I’d find it boring

More Far Cry 2. Got to the part where your former buddies turn on you and got the oppurtunity to Heal or Mercy Kill one of my best. Unfortunately the fucking game wouldn’t let me heal. I needed backup dammit!

played some Prototype today… runs better than arkham asylum

Played a little Monster Hunter Freedom: Unite. I ruv it rong time.

tf2, perfecting my sniper art. Close range headshots on scouts and dominating them with the normal rifle FTW!

I remember that being the very end of the game where you have to kill all of them for the briefcase of diamonds.

Wait, you weren’t bored after the first two hours? Strange. Have you found a way to turn off checkpoint respawns, weapon jams, malaria strikes and car breakdowns?

It’s fun if you take breaks, I’ve learned. If you try to play it for extended periods of time, your brain slowly melts.

Shatter.
I managed to play it for over 2 hours straight(nothing to do with real life what so ever, just the game). It consumed me whole for those 2+ hours.

For me the biggest killer of that game was the ending. After all the tedious work to get there the ending I felt made everything you worked for the rest of the game useless. It had potential, but didn’t work with what they gave you.

Today, I played the pinnacle of FPS gaming.

Fallout 3

BFBC2 and JC2. I seriously won’t need any other games for a long time. Haven’t touched Metro2033 in over a week =[

Hell yea, that game is the shit lol. I used to play that on my Genesis and Nomad constantly…best of the series IMHO.

Yeah, but one wasn’t killed outright and the game didn’t let me heal him.

Agreed. I break it up with plenty of multiplayer games.

I found the multiplayer to be awful and the ending stupid as I had wanted to get gt the collectables after the campaign. And the campaign itself was ridiculously long.

I’m not crazy enough to try multiplayer. A brief escapade into COD4 has turned me off a lot of modern online games.

doodlejump

Team Fortress 2 will set you back on track.

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
