Plants Vs Zombies, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Red Dead Redemption and League Of Legends.
So my laptop successfuly rendered the destruction of Ganon’s Castle, despite all the falling rocks ‘n’ shit.
But the Ganon fight - took about twice as much time and health as it should have done.
Meh. Majora’s Mask time.
I have Project 64 on my computer along with the ROMs for Majora’s Mask and OoT among a few others, but I really can’t stand playing them all that much because the only USB gamepad I have is pretty much just a dualshock and it’s just extremely awkward playing N64 games on a controller like that.
Get a 360 controller. They aren’t too expensive, they’re comfortable to use and a hell of a lot of games support them.
It’s not a matter of not being supported. The games work just fine with it. But it feels wrong, and a 360 controller wouldn’t change that. It feels weird having to use the D-Pad as the C-Buttons.
It works quite well to be honest. As already said, it is recommended!
I use this cheap PS2 pad clone. So the right stick is C, like the Gamecube.
Works pretty well.
Crap, double post
Red Dead Redemption
I finished Ocarina of Time, then emulated myself some ClayFighter 63 1/3. :3
Once again, Red Dead Redemption.
Also, I forgot to post it but I played PacMan on the Google page a week or two ago.
Red Dead Redemption and Warcraft 3:TFT.
Such an excellent day.
Lol, I remember that.
Super Mario Galaxy 2. Throwback Galaxy is just… epic beyond words.
I’ve used a number of controllers for N64 emulation. The 360 feels the most natural. I have the control stick mapped to the left stick, d-pad (since it is rarely used anyways) mapped to d-pad, c buttons mapped to right stick (works surprisingly well), a and b mapped to a and b, l and r mapped to l and r, z mapped to both shoulder triggers.
Played a bit of Left 4 Dead, until my computer spontaneously winked off. Then turned it back on and tried to fire up TF2, only to get an “out of OS Pooled Page Memory” error with a crash to desktop.
SC2 beta. Currently Gold in 1v1, playing ‘random’ as I like the challenge and variety of learning all three races.
Couldn’t resist, got the CE pre-ordered! Wondering if they’ll release one for each of the other two ‘chapters’… :aah:
Just got around to playing the new-and-improved Half-Life 2. I’m roughly halfway through Route Kanal, and I got about 20% of the achievements thus far. :freeman:
I only play as Houngan, so I can do the “HANDS OF DE DEAD”!
Moar Dark Sector. It’s incredibly repetitive.
They could have a fun game here if they’d just not put a full-on battle every single room. It’s tedious and it feels like filler.
