It’s a fun game to an extent, at least it rewards you for doing things unlike Borderlands.
I personally enjoy it for its incredible atmosphere (never heard that before I bet), plus its fun trying to get out of the stupid situations I get myself in.
Indeed. Crises and deadlocks have at least the advantage that they force us to think, as Nehru once stated.
It’s fun trying to think what approach to take when you’re pinned down by a couple of snipers, behind cover, cuddled up with a bloodsucker and some Monolith exos chucking grenades.
See, that’s what I mean. Those stories are interesting, but when I’m actually playing it, I find it frustrating and dull.
Tapping the \ and ’ keys because you’re losing so much blood
SO MUCH BLOOD!
I… What?
HL1, HL2, EP2
It was just a little joke, seeing how that ‘story’ could cause a player to lose a lot of health, with accumulated bleeding.
Default keys for quickusing medkits and bandages are \ and '.
And a tiny reference to the Heavy as well at the end. :retard:
Oh, I didn’t know about the quick keys.
MY BAD
I played the Desperate Escape DLC for RE5. It was rubbish. No choice of load out and a single chapter in length (but an annoyingly long chapter).
Played some Mass Effect.
I changed my strategy on this one part that was really frustrating and it was so very satisfying when I won.
I’m playing Black& white. Fucking love this game.
what
I have received no mention of this
KILLING BLACK PEOPLE IN AFRICA?
rampant racism in a game?! :fffuuu:
wut
I think he equates poor debugging with poor design.
Surely they’re quite closely related? There’s also the lack of some basic gameplay ideas, or indeed story.
Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Alien Swarm :3

I think he meant funny stories he has heard about people playing it.
Story, as in, plot. I’m saying the stories players give of their exploits are interesting, but that in the game, there isn’t a plot.
EDIT: Yes, exactly. I thought it was pretty clear.
Downloading the Psychonauts demo at the moment. Never got a chance to play it when it was released but I’ve heard good things about it.
