I actually found software that can decompile the data of this game so you can make mods for it. 
I played Wolfenstein 3D : Spear of Destiny with its crummy character sprites, Boring color pallet, and rather odd Minigun pickup music.
I played with Portal, and reusing a same needle to heal a lot of people in killing floor.
Just played Wolfenstein 3D Episode 6 Map 10, I found the red Pac Man Ghost
