You do realize they never force you to fight anyone? Sure, enemies may block your path, but it’s up to you if you want to fight them or run around them.
Aren’t there enemies that glow red when you see them, and that you have to fight? Regardless, there are quite a few places where you’d get slaughtered if you just tried to run, so it’s basically forcing you to.
No, there aren’t. But yes there are a few select areas where you HAVE to fight, otherwise they’ll kill you.

Currently testing the Half-Life mod Paranoia, making sure it works, and that it will be tolerable to showcase. I may go through and test several others tonight as well.

Paranoia seems to basically be some Russian mod that is, for the most part, single-player COunter-strike, with horribly inaccurate weapons, enemies that don’t flinch or bleed or give any indication that you’re actually hitting them, and nobody ever drops weapons or ammo, which you have a very limited supply of. It’s also annoyingly hard on easy mode, and the friendly NPCs are worthless.
Sounds like fun.
Played some Mass Effect. I’m pretty sure I’m getting close to the end, I’ve just landed on Ilos, and got it on with Liara.
I want to play The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, but I can’t find the cd so I had to play Uncharted. =(
