Weapons models lost/no reloading sound/shooting crash

I have glitch that doesn’t show me weapon models(https://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/541812492010944183/8C281AF02313AEC0D0558B3AFC0025EA03A52645/). There is also problem with reloading sounds, cause I don’t hear any reloading sound. Shooting with some weapons for example rocket launcher, crossbow cause crash to desktop. In attachments I added last minidump(shooting crash).
PC Specs:
OS: Win 7 SP1 x64
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 670
