The two vortigaunts in bm_c1a2c around that corner always stay at their position. They never move from there. There’s an explosive box at the other side of that corner but I can’t lure them to the box. I’m sure that in the mod version they walk around the corner after they recognized you.

It’s a known issue, it has been reported before. The vorts in that area are constantly staying there.
Also the devs are having difficulty with the issue.
The vorts in the bottom of the stairs have the same problem, and maybe the previous ones too.
