Mod looks cool as promised, nothing else to say aside maybe the conversation between the two grunts which is cheesy if not to say lame.

I love that shotgun pump sound, kinda reminds me of the spas pump in FEAR 1.
On the topic of VAs, if they ever do decide to record more, maybe I could become a VA for a soldier. After all, I think I am pretty good at hammy lines

Wow, the comments on the PCG article are much more positive, and now that it’s had time it seems like people are starting to like it a lot more.
Looking at the level design and gameplay in the footage, it almost looks like it was made by Valve in terms of quality, at least to me.

Just saw the video myself… Love it. Amazing work. 
Is it just me or did I hear some really nice background fighting coming from the lift exit above Freeman when he ascends in the cargo elevator in the beginning of the video. My bas went crazy and it sounded really cool. Anyways it would be nice to have it in the background when you are topside, because it is realistic to say there was some heavy fighting up there between the marines and the Xen aliens.

Loved it. My one (and only) criticism is the footstep sounds. They sound a tad too high pitched, almost like Gordon is wearing stilettos… or perhaps… he’s finally come out?

I’ve already stated that I loved the footage. If I had to criticize it then I’d say that they’ve been a bit too indulgent with the bloom lighting effects, but I don’t know if that’s just the quality of the youtube vid or not.

Pretty good job until here guys, although, I found something that at least for me is not satisfying.The weapons are not moving like in HL2, yes, they are moving like in HL1, but this gives the feeling like static props, somehow.Would be nice to add an in-game menu option where you can choose how the weapons would act like.But yes, is just a matter of tastes, and this was just my opinion, so don’t get angry on me for this.
