I’ve thought about it plenty and it seems you’re just being extremely hopeful and deluded.
HOORAY!

HOORAY!
I’m sure that at least one of those crowbars will be thrown by Ross Scott (The guy behind Civil Protection (Comedy series) and Freeman’s Mind. This photo shows why: https://media.pcgamer.com/files/2010/08/ross-scott-thumb-590x219.jpg
And no, it is NOT photoshopped!)
Somebody looks like Freeman when they have the same face-obscuring hair and glasses? WELL FUCK ME SIDEWAYS!!
Also, I bet it won’t be Episode 3 or HL3, since those wouldn’t be surprising. Unexpected things like brand new franchises (which I guess isn’t necessarily a bad thing) WOULD be more surprising.

Episode 3 or hl3 announcement wont be surprising.
Screenshots in-game and Plot parts WILL be surprising.
They have given no indication that they’re going to reveal any of that before release.
maybe they made EP3 a top-down view RPG
maybe valve is waiting a couple of moths after bm is released to announce that they are way into developing ep3.
Or Half-Life: Other L.
other 3 new surprises all related to ep3 could be:
1.Screenshots in beta version of… New weapon
Screenshots in beta version of… New npcs
A release date in Valve time wich the game will come out 1 year after that date. No wait, the fail on the release date would not be a surprise… better said: IT DOESN’T FAIL ON THE RELEASE DATE!
Left 4 Dead 3
Left 4 Dead 4
Left 4 Dead 5
Steam for XBox
Counter-Strike 2
L4D3
:meh:
none of those would really be a surprise.
Gabe has transcended his mortal form and has become a being of pure energy. All so he can eat as much food as he wants and never gain any weight.
NO he can exercise all he wants without losing any.
Brilliant first post
In other words he’s so damn fat that it’s physically impossible for him to become any more obese
He became so fat that he imploded, like a black hole.
Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
