Valve promises '3 big surprises' are coming

To be a little bit realistic, than any others here, who try to be funny, and fail hard (I won’t call any names)

  1. Steam comes for Linux, for real this time. (Shocks, because no one would’ve expected it)

  2. Half Life 2 Episode 3 turns into Half Life 3, cause Valve realized that the “shorter games in shorter distances” idea doesn’t work anymore. It will be announced in end 2011, so that Portal 2 doesn’t lose any attention from the people. (Shocks, because many will ask, what happened to Episode 3)

  3. The Dota game (Shocks, because it’s completely different to all the other games from Valve)

so seriously, have we found out what the “surprizes” are? I said I wasnt interested but I guess I was mistaken.

If we would have found out what the surprises are, they wouldn’t be surprises anymore :frowning:

:retard:oh. hehe. duh victoria.

… maybe before going to hl3 they do some expansions were you play as a combine or shits like that wich you play as another character who isn’t Gordan.

1 black mesa is not to be relesed till 2015
2 alyx goes crazy out of remorse over her fathers death
3 valve is going bankrupt so no hl games

:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

It’s not my favorite series, but it would probably make my top 5.

You do realize that they don’t ever have to develop a game again because of how successful Steam is, right?

If they come with the idea of; sorry guys, but we’re lazy, so no more half life games, you can imagine the rest of the story, i commit suicide.
Well, not really, but my life will never be the same again.

if episode 3 does not come out in the next 3 years, I will go on a killing spree at Valve and kill everyone who stopped working on Ep3.

^
If you do that, there will never be a Half-Life made by the original team again. :hmph:

…But atleast there will be a Half-life game :bulb:

They’ll take the series with them to the grave.

If they don’t, development on the series would go a hell of a lot faster, though.

Probably be nowhere near as good, but it wouldn’t take 18 months to three years (going to be more) to make an episode of the game.

Ultimate Deluxe Edition($HOLYMUTHRFUKARUJOKING) gives you all of the above plus the collective incomes and organs of -SUBJECT HOMETOWN HERE-.

They have 3 years until I get my shotgun, time enough to do an episode. Anyways I would only kill those who were in a ‘‘resting time’’ and stopped working on ep3.

^ This guy thinks, the guys workin’ at Valve will find new people to do it.

Nah, they can’t do that, there are so many Valve workers.

Well, in theory they already started the episode so I guess it will come out before 3 years…

I meant time from the previous episode to the next episode. We’ve heard nothing about Episode 3 except that they want to make it longer, possibly the length of a full game.

October 10th will mark the “third birthday” of Episode 2.

Valve won’t surprise release Episode 3 before then.

They’ll take more than three years to make Episode 3.

I stand by my previous post.

:’(

Doesn’t matter. We still know, that there will be definitely a new Half Life game

:expressionless:

:what:

D: :mean::rage::rage::rage::aah::aah::aah::aah: F************************************CK I wanted to see episode 3 fast. I think I will go and buy my shotgun now and go over a killing spree around the city to calm down!

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
