tell it to get off its lazy ass doing cron jobs all day and get a job. :3
All takeover ad’s have been blocked. Thank you everyone for informing us.
Next time it happens right click some where blank on the page (the black background showing on the sides) press inspect element> resources > Under graphs press Size> then the 5-7th one down should be a grey bar and it should be a link to a swf file. It should contain a file name and a URL(printscreen it). I think this information could help hubu know more about this specific advert.
EDIT: you will want to enable resource tracking now so it is already on when you get the add, because enabling it causes the page to reload, thus making the add go away.
ohhhh great info ! thanks!
Oh noes. Hubi said he blocked it so maybe it takes a day or 2 to process… If anyone is still seeing it tomorrow or later let us know.
Hubi said he blocked it, but I cant bring my self to trust a man who would place div’s in tables.
<table class="bobtable" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<!-- yeah, div's in tables. so sue me! my designs still kick ass man :> -->
<div class="box1">
I’m on Hubi’s side with this one :3
Bob the builder FTW.
That wins over divs in tables.

EDIT: the funny part is I was paid to write that code a long time ago.
Is that a div in a table in a table in a table in a div?
:fffuuu:
I was young and I didn’t know any better! You have to believe me! I didn’t know,I DIDN’T KNOW!!! If I could go back and change it I would!!
side note:that horrible code was 100% cross browser (even very old versions of ie) Back when I had to worry weather or not my users had browsers that supported i-frames.
Weird, I’ve been browsing the forums the last few weeks occasionally with Adblock OFF (with FF) and haven’t gotten any weird ads at all.
Oh well, it’s back on now (I remember turning it off about a month ago, but can’t remember WHY I turned it off).
What happens when you folks go to page three of the Black Mesa dvd sleeve box art page?
