I’m having a problem getting past the Mass Effect Configuration Utility window when clicking Play on the Mass Effect menu. Windows 7 says that a program has caused the Mass Effect window to stop responding. I tried ending all username processes in Task Manager except for explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe just like I do with Crysis. That did nothing. Any help, guys?

The problem: You’re playing it on the PC.

The Solution: Get a 360.

Or how about you play it on the PC with a 360 controller? That’s what I do whenever I play some third-person games on the PC like Dead Space and Red Faction Guerrilla, Max graphics and comfortable controls.

ROFL why don’t you just end crysis.exe?

Got a problem with FireFox. Whenever I try to open it, nothing happens. When I open my task manager, it says that firefox.exe is running as a process, and is chewing up about 50% of my memory.:fffuuu:

Other times when I try to open it, it gives me the “FireFox has crashed” message right off the bat.

Why is this happening to me!?

I have a 360 and I have Mass Effect for the console. I guess I’ll play Mass Effect 2 on my 360 when it comes out. I wanted to play Mass Effect 1 & 2 because of that damn disc read error console that I get on the 360. Sure, cleaning the disc fixed it but it was a damn hassle. I’ll get Crysis: Warhead for my PC. I know that game will work seeing that Crysis runs at 60 FPS using Vertical Sync on my Windows 7 PC.

You really don’t read do you. Just thought I’d point that out. And try and stop myself looking completely stupid because I was mega ninjaed
.

Use Google Chrome or Safari instead.

that or run your anti-virus, update firefox and all that good BS

:hmph:

SRWare Iron
Chromium based
Without all the Google-phone-home shit
Fast as bitch

lol all my friends are complaining about disc read errors with mass effect, fallout 3 etc

Getting a 360 is hardly a solution, more of a problem.

Man it feels good to play games on max setting with a good framerate.

Never mind. I got Mass Effect to work. I just had to install an update from the Electronic Arts website for Mass Effect. It works now.
