Tram animation!!

Hello!
I looked at my new video of the tram and I think it’s very good. However, one could still add a animation of the control lever located to the right of the display. In the mean time if any one level, the lever also switches to the front and comes back again. When the lever switch back and goes back first and then forward again.
I hope you understand what I mean my English is not really good.

Bye

Thread for minor suggestions is here. And read the description. That video is from alpha.

Read the description. That video is from beta. :3

But yeah, they should make that lever work if they haven’t already.

beta=alpha?

Anyway, the video IS alpha.

No, it’s a video.

THEN WHO WAS PHONE?

it was her mom duh

lovin’ your sig.

Wat?

:mono:

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a thread go off the rails so fast in my life.

And just like that, we’re back!

It’ll be interesting to see the comparison between that tram and the little red shunt vehicle from Inbound and the end of On a Rail - I think that managed to have an “on” and an “off” button from what I remember!

It’ll be a shame to see that little guy all sourced up and such just to see him plummet into that reservoir chamber though. :frowning:

I remember getting in that first time and thinking “Now this is more like it.” Then it was torn away from me like a teddy from a toddler. Bloody Marines!

fuck you, was that a Tram joke?

…Well, you seem angry. So I’ll say “No.”

…right?

You may just have said the first tram-related pun in history… I think that’s what he meant.

What was the poster talking about? I couldn’t understand.

No, it wasnt the first. In Gears of War 1, Cole Train says ‘the train is at home on the rails’ while in the mine trams. So it wasnt the first.

It was in the twitter update.

O_o

The OP has a point - it’s kind of odd that a train car would have on the one hand, a fancy futuristic touch-screen driving interface, and on the other hand, multiple gigantic beat-up steampunky levers which do nothing. I’d say go with one or the other?

The tram’s texture mapping looks great in-engine though.

Also - functional headlights would be cool! I feel like that’s probably been done by now.
