Train Missing lights still there

In the chapter on a train i stepped of from the train. Gone upstairs to shoot the autmatic machine guns. When i returned the train was gone! Only the lights of the train are stil there?[attach=4195,none,1330][/attach]

Probably a one off error due to mesh culling??? Were you able to re-produce it multiple times?
