Things you DON'T want to see in BM.

You obviously don’t understand the greatness and importance of the mighty donut.

That doesn’t happen in HL, unless you’re using cheats in AM.

Donuts are very important to scientists, but maybe they should ask in the test chamber or pre-RC
:brow:

I meant they won’t ask it then blow themselves up or something like that.

What are map holes?

They are little “holes” they shouldn’t be in there and they let you see the skybox.

But you can see the skybox by, hmm I don’t know, looking at the sky!

I would called them bugs/glitches or at least map whores.

By map holes he probably means leaks, and they only let you see the skybox if there is a skybox texture behind them (which there probably won’t be, so you’ll no doubt see the famous Source void)

The only map holes I’ve ever seen are in Crysis Wearhead, the floor at the subterrain trainyard sometimes vanished…

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a map hole in any game :expressionless:

I’d be surprised though, if BMS is the first game where I’d see one.

I’m pretty sure that if there’s a leak in the map, then the lighting and water goes to hell and the entire level is screwed up. And there’s no way in hell the developers wouldn’t notice that.

This, and they’re smart enough to prevent them from ever happening in the first place. They’ve been working with Source (and in most cases, Goldsrc) for years, they know a few things about how to not make leaks.

There are HUGE ones in many mods
hopefully not this one

QFT :FFFUUU:

Watch the devs put leaks in every map of the first release version of BM for teh lulz.

Murphy’s Law and Sarcasm never fail. :expressionless:

Your avatar is from Spore. Your opinion is Redundant.

whats wrong with that?

As long as you don’t PLAY Spore then there’s nothing wrong with that. :stuck_out_tongue:

Founded in 2004, Leakfree.org became one of the first online communities dedicated to Valve’s Source engine development. It is more famously known for the formation of Black Mesa: Source under the 'Leakfree Modification Team' handle in September 2004.
