I am glad they’ve given the crowbar HL2’s reach instead of HL1’s. It was so annoying in HL1 to hit headcrabs.

I never really liked the crowbar animation in the trailer because it seems too fast (might just be the video) and it looks like he just sort of flicks his hand down a little, like he’s using a flyswatter. And I don’t think it’s HL2 animations since those seem to be more like “punching while holding a crowbar.”

Looking at the trailer again I agree it does look more like punching /swatting rather than swinging… maybe they had different animations back when the trailer was made… Atleast, I hope it’s going to be different from the trailer.
