The one gay guy that I knew was annoying before I knew he was gay and annoying after. Knowing if he was gay or not made no difference there.
I disagree with engaging in homosexual acts due to personal beliefs, but I don’t stop being friends with someone because they are gay. My grand-uncle is gay, he’s one of the most humorous guys I know, I love it when he comes up to visit.
As for the cat, you can do whatever you please with your pets so long as you give them proper care. Take a homosexual pet to the SPCA, sure. You shouldn’t abandon it out in the street or put it in a box on the side of the road though. but that goes for anything, take a white cat with a yellow spot to the SPCA if you don’t want it. Just make sure it can either get the care it needs, or put it down so it doesn’t suffer.
I don’t think they have the SPCA in Nigeria.
I have a friend who’s gay as well. And what straight guy in their right mind would hate lesbians just for their sexual orientation? They’re hot (usually) especially if they move in next door.
I digress, irrationality annoys me.
Edit: The same would hold true if the gender roles were reversed (single female living at home, a gay guy couple moves in next door), at least in my experience (even if they were unattractive). Every woman has different tastes, just like every guy has different tastes. This doesn’t reflect how I feel about same-sex couples. I already indicated how I feel about it below: I tolerate it as much as I would a person who smokes weed, which is to say: “You can do what you’d like, but leave me out of it.”
I apologize for the misinterpretation, it was callous, and now that I think on it now, uncalled for.
Which, in my personal experience, often leads people to have a one-sided homophobia against men, despite me pointing out that it’s hypocritical.
If someone’s going to discriminate against people irrationally, they should at least have the common courtesy to be equal-opportunity about it, instead of being sexist.
It’s not like anyone’s going to force them to watch gay sex.
I might force someone to watch gay sex someday. I have no plans for it, but I wouldn’t rule it out as an impossibility. Then again, I am a bit of a sadist.
