In other news I just downloaded the latest windowFX (Aero mod) and it can be set up to make dragging windows/opening menus wobbly just like in Linux Compiz. They should have released windown 8 with this instead.

I remember when I used to play BF2, my friend would always comment on how the music sounded like Pirates of the Caribbean while we played. I was surfing some channels, and pirates was on sci-fi, and then on the commercial they used to say “Pirates of the caribbean is next” The song they played was the BF2142 theme, I lol’d.
Music like that turns up all over. IIRC the BBC aired something about Curiosity where they used the Mass Effect 2 galaxy map theme as music.
In Indonesia, a local news channel used used the Condition Zero main theme while reporting anything about terrorists

I’ve heard a song from MGS3 used quite a bit in Mythbusters. Well, not really a song, something kind of like it, usually when you’re sneaking around or something.
