Yeah me too. I love getting drunk on wine, but I heard it dehydrates you more than beer does, so you have worse hangovers. Thatās why I try to drink as much water as wine. It doesnāt solve the problem completely, but it helps.
Iāve only been stupid drunk once, and the only thing I had in the morning was a nasty upset stomach.

Also hate the fact that after a heavy night I canāt seem to sleep properly and so I start my hangover at 5 30 in the morning. Every time.
I always wake up early the day after, people have told me thatās because Iām probably dehydrated and I should drink some water before I go to bed. Iāve tried that, doesnāt help.
On the topic of hangovers, Iāve never really had one. At least they havenāt been so bad as other people describe theirs. The one yesterday was just a mild pain in the back of my head and felt a little worn out. I had a unexplainable pain in my lower back that hurt more.
I spended the day buying a suit for my graduation.

itās pretty random for me, sometimes i have a wicked hangover with puking and all, other times i have no hangover at all, regardless of how much i drank
drinking lots of water (like a 1.5l bottle) before going to bed helps a lot, or something with electrolytes (I think?), like Aquarius.
If I know beforehand that Iām going to be drinking a lot, I always have super-greasy-fatty food. Iāve never had hangovers so far.

the sheer fact that those reports are still happening, is because people do care.
A lot of people simply adore celebrities, and if reporting on those celebrities actually generates revenue for your website or TV station, than why wouldnāt they do it?
