The fact that there’s more and more of the youth over 18 and still in their 5th year or something like that (that would be 11th grade in america i guess), which would make it possible to sue them if they bullied persons would want to, bullying IS considered a crime since a few years 
Just because it’s possible doesn’t mean anyone’s gonna do it.
I doubt anyone would win a lawsuit anyway, unless it’s an extreme case.
Once I turned on the TV and it was playing Judge Judy. It was a 10 year old boy sueing his classmate for bullying. XD

Haha these are quite good. I remember in Art class a couple of years ago we blocked every possible hole in the class with waterproof tape, then turned the sink on. Then everybody sat on the tables and waited until someone opens the door.
