I also propose that this just be named ‘The sacrifice’ thread so we don’t get another one.

Speculation, the birds probably have something to do with a crescendo event like the trailer showed due to one ofBill’s new leaked line courtesy of Chet.

yeah, in Left 4 Dead you got FOUR dynamic characters with Unique personalities: Francis, the biker who hates everything except vests, Bill, the Namvet who refuses to go down without a fight, Louis, the know-it-all Financial company manager with an odd fascination with painkillers, and Zoey, the college girl with a psychotic streak. In L4D2 only 3 of the survivors are really dynamic. Coach loves food, Ellis talks about his buddy Keith, and Nick seems like he was into some shady shit before the zombie outbreak. Valve really didn’t give Rochelle much of a unique personality.

Nick was the only l4d2 character I was/am at all interested in. I used to like Coach because I know someone who looks just like him but he doesn’t have much character. Rochelle is boring except for the attempt at an improvement in The Passing. I won’t tell you my thoughts on Ellis because I’ll get flamed.
