OK, so here’s my solution, like it or not, it works for me:
Winamp, for all my file sorting, naming etc. It’s extended enough to cover anything I’d ever want to do with my music. And has a smaller footprint than iTunes, wmp, I dunno about.
But I also use a little app called CD ArtDisplay. Add a nice skin, I NEVER have to maximize Winamp when I’m listening.
That wasn’t hard was it?

I simply cannot understand what’s wrong with iTunes.
Am I the only one who realizes the awesomeness of foobar2000? 
Note: you can make the UI look like just about anything you want it to. You can change colours and everything. I added the album art because I thought it looked cool.
Huge database of add-ons just in case you need anything more.
Uses about 5MB less memory with most of my add-ons disabled. I’m not sure, but I’m pretty sure that’s less than Winamp, iTunes or WMP use.
Oh well, I guess I’ll stop trying to get you to use it.
i just use wmp cuz it came with my cxomputer and it syncs to my mp3. the visualisations suck compared to winamp but i dont smoke much weed anyway
I use itunes strictly for syncing my iplergh and otherwise use foodbar or vlc

iTunes is a huge resource hog. I disapprove of it, and I have both itunes and winamp on my computer, but I still use iTunes primarily.
real player gives me a download button to steal your video on the interweb! muahaha!
in order to restart my computer i have to turn it off press the red button turn it on is safe mode. rename ndis to disable it restart it again. rename ndis back to ndis. restart again and hope to (insert religious figure here) that it comes back on if that doesn’t work i have to reload it reinstall my internet connection and sound drivers(its not them i checked) and repeat. WHY DOES MY COMPUTER SUCK SO BAD. ALL I EVER DO ON THIS COMP IS WATCH YOUTUBE AND PLAY FLASH GAMES.
does any one have a fix for this other than getting a new computer its beginning to piss me off.

Tryed it just makes things harder for me because power goes out i have to do all of that again my temp fix is using hibernate but that doesn’t fix it with the power going out.
