Dammit, I can’t get my RAM stable on a 35% overclock. 2 year old PC3-10666 6-6-6-20 RAM (dual channel) running at 1333 MHz stock, overclocked to 1800 MHz. Unfortunately I get massive artifacts after booting into Windows (with increased voltage and more suitable timings).
Maximum stable OC (so far…) is 1700 MHz with slightly altered timings, the sticks are nice and cool thanks to my epic cooling solution (hanging a big fan in front of the memory with thread derp de herp)

Yeah it’s dangerous stuff, a power black-out once took out one of my 9800GX2 GPU cores. It was actually a good thing though because I got a GTX285 in return (which is better in every way).
