  2. A while later, make crappy reality shows
  3. Make even more reality shows that suck more (iCarly, The Troop, Tru Jackson, Victorious, etc.)
  4. PROFIT!!!

Sadly they actually get profit. No matter how SHITTY the shows are, they sail boats made of money to Nickelodeon.
