The Last Film You Saw.

Cowboys and Aliens. Good action flick, worth the matinee price. However, it’s another victim of this dumb design trend that’s making so many aliens and/or their technology look alike, a la Battle: LA, Transformers 3, Super 8, and now this Battleship movie too. Also, ever since Signs, most aliens seem to talk in some kind of clicks and chirps and such. Hoping this ends soon and we can get some more interesting and creative alien movies.

Megamind. Wasn’t that impressed with it, though it was a bit of docile fun.

Mega Morphin Power Rangers

And under appreciated movie, I must say.

Thor and Hesher

It’s an. Not “and”, but an. It’s a worthless word, not a cornerstone of logic, and there is no stance you can take to seem reasonable without never making the mistake again.

Its almost as if I made a typo.

Brainos are sneaky like that, easily misidentified.

Watched The Source Code today. It was an interesting way to kill an hour and a half.

Just saw Apollo 18. Kind of a mix between Cloverfield and Paranormal Activity, in space. Interesting movie, [COLOR=‘Black’]although I thought that whole idea of spider-rocks was kind of retarded.

Zombieland. Someone told me it was just as funny or funnier than Shaun of the Dead. I don’t think they actually saw both movies. The ad for Shaun of the Dead had more humour than the whole of Zombieland.

They’re very different types of humor. I’ve always felt that Shaun of the Dead was good, but a bit dull. I would say Zombieland was funnier. (For reference, Hot Fuzz is one of my favorite movies of all time.)

I thought Shaun of the Dead’s humor was somewhat lacking, and Zombieland lacked entertainment entirely. (For reference, I’ve successfully avoided seeing Hot Fuzz despite recommendation from several of my lesser friends.)

Thanks, I’ll be sure never to watch Hot Fuzz.

Listening to his recommendation would be a mistake.

Thanks, I’ll be sure to never listen to Comrade Tiki

"He had one thing you didn’t have.

A big bushy beard!"

“Oh, he’ll be in bits tomorrow.”

Crimson Tide

Unknown. Mostly, it sucked. Once about two fifths into the movie I could essentially guess the rest of it. Liam Neeson was good. Diane Kruger was good (and attractive). Bruno Ganz was good. But HOLY SHIT, January Jones cannot act.

I’m currently watching X-Men: First Class. Unlike that awful Wolverine movie, I’ve wised up and decided not to spend my money on a ticket just because it’s X-Men Branded, so I’m watching it online. So far I’m enjoying it, about ten minutes at a time.
