I watched Lone Wolf McQuade today. It was kinda lame, but it had Chuck Norris killing fools, so that made up for it. Wouldn’t watch it again, though.

I too just watched First Class. It felt way too hasty, like someone wanted to have this story about how Professor X and Magneto met, and then some executives said it was too boring and made them cram in a as much CGI crap and third rate mutants as they could. The character dynamics between Charles and Erik were all that was interesting about it really. If the whole movie was just one of their conversations over chess, it would have been much better than what we got.
I also watched Aliens again. Never gets old.
I actually did end up torrenting it. I thought it was a good watch, but definitely nothing worth going to theater over.

Fun enough, but I was disappoint at the lack of crazy Jim Carrey of years gone by. Run of the mill family film, 7/10
Quarantine 2, pretty good I guess. Better than REC 2 which it went the religious path.

Just because one movie in a series in bad doesn’t mean the next one can’t make up for it (even if they usually don’t and only continue to get worse with each iteration).
Haha was it direct to video? Where did they take it instead because I loved REC 2 and don’t understand the people saying it’s worse than the second one.
Eagerly anticipating REC 3.
I just watched Return of the Dragon where Chuck Norris dies at the end. This puts a smile on my face.

After watching X Men First Class, I binged other X Men movies. I watched 1 and 2 back to back, and am now considering watching 3 even though it sucks.

Contagion
It wasn’t what I expected. Usually movies like this are all “omg must find cure!!!11” but this one was more about the people and less about the process. Matt Damon’s character was just some random guy who’s wife was one of the first victims.
Also, this movie had a ton of recognizable actors in it.
What kind of parent are you, that movie is rated PG-13

B2T: Transformers 2, yesterday. Sucked a lot. The only good scene was, where Optimus gets his ass kicked. The rest was shit, no wonder the movie got so many bad reviews.
