This is something we used to do on some of the Empire At War mod forums, it’s really quite simple, here are the rules:

  1. ask a Star Wars related question, make sure that the answer is established either in the films, cartoons or books. Don’t ask questions to which there is no canonical answer!
  2. at least try to come up with the answer yourself, don’t just go look it up on the internet! We won’t know if you’ve done so but please, try to answer only if you think you know the answer yourself.
  3. when someone has given the right answer they may ask their own Star Wars question, and so on and so on…

I belive a dark jedi died on the planet and his force energy was soaked in by the planets vegitation. The jedi was about to unleash a giant force attack on Yoda when he died, it scarred the planet in away, a giant tree/ vegitation patch grew over the spot. In The empire strikes back, Luke climbs into the area in which it happend, hence the darkside image of Darth Vader.
