The controls didn’t look too great, I watched the E3 presentation live.
Holy jesus way too many Blizzard, Bungie, Halo and Bethesda fans…I played WOW for 2 to 3 years then it was uber meh. Valve and Blizzard seem to be rivals. haven’t you seen Valve’s and Activision Blizzard’s expansion patterns??? VALVE: ep1:2006 Ep2 2007 ep3 2011 (? maybe) Blizzard B.C. 2007 Wrath of the lich king 2008 Cataclysm: Soon. Both valve and blizzard are taking longer than usual on their latest games. I don’t really care about SC2 or Diablo3 if you ask me. I really would wait on a new Star Wars Republic Commando game tho.
Don’t compare the presentation to the real thing, reviews all over the place say that it was only technical difficulties, the journalists say that the controls are perfect.
YES! Where the hell is a sequel to Republic Commando?!? That would kick ass!
How about a sequel to Empire at War? It had it’s flaws but it was great fun. If they improved on the concept and give it some slick modern day graphics, I think we’d have a winner.

I loved the first Mafia, I’d just forgotten Mafia II. I don’t have the money to preorder it, though.

Don’t get me wrong, I know the game’s gonna suck. I just want to revel in how even Harry Potter has turned into an FPS clone. That, and there’s something hilarious in gunning down homeless people with the cruciatus curse.
