There are 4 known pictures of the BSOD.
One is confirmed fake, only 2 of them match.
Here’s a quick summary if anyone is a little confused:
Gabe Newell gave a speech at a convention while accepting an award. He showed some slides, the last one was what appeared to be a blue screen of death. When a clear picture showed up on the internet this is what they found:

Can be anything tbh… Portal 2 has already been announced, so it’ll probably be about Episode 3, TF3 or L4D3.
