nope, lemon goes in hefeweizen.
But you are correct about blue moon. Orange in a Belgin Whit is a good time. When brewing you often steep orange peals or orange zest in the wort with the grains.

it’s been fairly dry lately, but was to bishops arms briefly and had these the other day.
I’ve tried Dark Lord, was pretty nice
What’s your opinion of the Titan? It’s got a decent amount of alcohol in it, but I find it suitable for drinking at most occasions, and quite tasty.
they were all fine. titan wasn’t anything spectacular. tasted like your regular fairly strong IPA. well balanced though.
dark lord was pretty wonderful and something else, never heard of ruby beer before. the ruby red shards sprinkled in the pitch black abyss fit the taste like a glove.
If its the Drak Lord beer I’m thinking of, I think the brewery does a few more beers with the same kind of names. Including Wychcraft I think, which is pretty nice. A lighter beer, not exceptional, but it is very inexpensive. Good for when my funds are short
Of course, I could be wrong and thinking of another brewery entirely
A lot of hem foreign beers have those weird names… Over here they’re called after the place/abbey they’re brewed in, but you British/American types give names like “Nuclear Penguin Beer’s Exploding”, “Titan”, “Dark Lord”, …
Only one I can think of that has a “special” name, is “Duvel”, which is a dialect for “Devil”. Others, like Lambic, geuze etc, are just named after the type of beer.
Lambic is named after Lambik from Suske & Wiske, no matter you saying
I enjoyed a pint of Isambard Kingdom Brunel the other night, named after my hero
taxi_evil, i hear there’s a new blonde ale from scottish Harvestoun called Number of the Beast: Metal Edition. had a chance to try it, yet perchance?
i was aiming to get it today since i saw it on the retailer website. maybe they updated without putting it in stock yet. release date here is 2nd august i saw now.
anyway. i’ve had a sierra nevada torpedo IPA and just poured up a wheat beer.
Sigtuna Sommar Wit. and i do quite like it. citrus galore!
That sounds right up my street, how did you guess?
I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for it
uh…
uhhh…
'twas the british flag.
